Whether it is through enemies, friends, or serious relationships, the way you communicate with them will turn into your communication style with clients or coworkers in the business world. The way you communicate with someone can really affect what kind of position you land in the work environment. And, remember, in order to get that job you need to ace the interview. Last time I checked, there wasn’t a “How to Talk to People” class offered at any schools. Finally, jobs frequently come from knowing people. The more (positive) relations you have, the more likely you are to connect with someone of importance. According to businessinsider.com, “As author-investor Ben Casnocha likes to say, opportunities dont float down from the sky they come attached to people.” Organization and prioritization are necessary business skills that tend to especially develop during college. This means managing your time to get homework and projects done while also balancing a social life. Even sports in high school forced students to prioritize assignments. According to forbes.com: “The ability to analyze each of your tasks and rank them in order of importance is a skill that can set you apart in the workplace. On a related note, learning how to say ‘no.’ As you grow in your career, an influx of opportunities will come your way, all placing demands on your time. You’ll need to prioritize what matters most, put some on the back burner, and decline others altogether.” When it is finally your time to start your business career, you won’t go very far if you cannot properly organize your obligations. This also counts towards money management. Yes, there will be classes specifically designed to teach this skill, but I am talking about your money management. Paying taxes, building a retirement fund, and paying for insurance only marks a few of the tasks you will have to endure in the real world. If you cannot handle your own finances, how will you be able to handle an enterprises finances? Believe or not, email tends to be a major resource used for communication between business coworkers or company and client. However, emails are not the same as an English essay or a scientific research paper. This also applies to memos, reports, and cover letters …” The only way you get to teach yourself this “skill” is by practicing. It also doesn’t hurt to get a second opinion of your email’s entirety. All you have to do is ask a friend to look at it and determine if it is professional and informational enough. If you get a passive-aggressive reply back, or maybe not one at all, that is the time to look over what you sent and make sure not to write another email like it ever again. Furthermore, failure is the best teacher. And failure is a pure experience that cannot be taught, only endured. The cliché is true: everyone makes mistakes. In the business world, the best of the best started out small and messed up every so often. But they learned from it. For example, according to americanexpress.com: “For small business owners of all stripes, making a big investment in some sort of professional solution, product innovation, or outsourced help can be a real boon. But if it isnt, and the investment isnt worth the return, many small business owners tend to stay with the investment for too long.” What can be learned from this experience? Complaints About Club Z TutoringMy children have had a couple of complaints about Club Z Tutoring. The main one was about the refusal to show them how to use their computer properly. It's a simple as that, but I want to be clear about what happened and why this happened. This is part of my story and it's meant to explain the problems that people have had with me.I was very disappointed to find out that they didn't understand how to use their computer correctly. They couldn't print any emails or download anything from the internet. I called the company and explained my situation. They admitted that they would do nothing more than to hand me a paper work and tell me to check out the membership. This was very disappointing for me because I was told that I would get training very soon.However, when I did call back they only gave me an estimate and I was not given a full refund for the use of their tutoring services. I believe this was because I had complained about some of the things tha t I did not like and this is why they were not happy with me. I will never get my money back but if you are ever in this situation I would advise you to ignore all the calls to the company and to not pay them the money.Once I made my complaint they had tried everything short term like running a referral service where I could have continued to use their tutoring services and it still wouldn't have worked. The tutors were not up to date on how to help me use my computer properly so I would have been better off spending my money somewhere else.All the company did was to tell me that they would try harder to get me to renew my membership. Although they did promise me that they would give me a refund. So, I'm not really sure why I should want a refund when I could have saved my money by using other tutoring services.I have heard all the complaints about Club Z Tutoring and I still like this type of service. If they would make it possible for parents to have the benefit of these tutoring services, I think that they would be happier people. I just don't see the problem with not being able to send email, print an email or download a file.So, please think about the complaints about Club Z Tutoring and decide whether or not they are justified. I think that there will be more complaints about them when they introduce other types of tutoring services.

Guitar teacher Dylan P. shares his tips for parents to encourage their children to fall in love with the guitar You can’t teach a child to love the guitar. You can lead them there, but they have to find it themselves. For a kid, guitar is a hard instrument to play. They have to dig their fingers into steel strings, make indents, and get calluses. They have to understand that each note has a letter, each fret has a letter, but also a number, and so does each string. These letters are represented by note heads, FACE for the spaces, Every Good Boy Does Fine for the lines, Eddie Ate Dynamite Good Bye Eddie for the strings. Theres a lengthy period of frustration before the instrument even sounds good. If a child plays a middle C on a piano, it’s immediately satisfying. You have to hurt your finger a bit on a guitar. To show a child how to fall in love with guitar, they have to find it themselves. As a guitar teacher, I want my students to understand the following things after lesson one: • They are capable of making the guitar sound good. • They are capable of making it sound musical. • They are capable of figuring out how to do these things. • They want to learn more. Once your child has had their first lesson, how do you as a parent keep them interested in practicing? Playing guitar needs to be their choice. Here are a few tips to keep your childs motivation up at home: 1. Don’t hide the guitar. When you keep the guitar in its case, it becomes a process to take it out again. It’s easier to skip practice when it’s an event. The vice of too much television is common because its so accessible. Make the guitar just as inviting. Keep it in a spot where your child can just pick it up and start playing. Is there a room in your house where your child spends a lot of time? Keep it there! 2. Give music a strong presence in the household. If you’re also a musician, spend time playing your instrument in the house.  If you haven’t played in a while, this is a great time to bring it back. If you’re not a musician, you can make sure music is on in the house a lot, or you might even want to learn music with your child. Bring up conversations about your favorite types of music. Let this be a natural and fun process. Ask your child if they like the music you’re listening to. This lets your child know that music is appreciated here. This is a huge motivation. 3. Don’t treat it like homework. If your child is practicing guitar at home and it sounds like noise, that’s fine. The lessons will get more difficult. Your child will learn all of the correct vocabulary, music theory, and techniques. During those first few weeks it’s important that your child simply wants the instrument in their hands. Don’t put practicing guitar in the same category as homework. Never use guilt to make your child practice. If you want your child to love guitar, it should never feel like a chore. 4. Let your child explore. Let your child practice alone. Setting your child up to practice in a common area, with other people around, makes it awkward to explore. While it may seem like an odd thing to suggest, it’s actually a great tip to bear in mind when you’re solo travelling as an introvert.   This is because a seat at a table in the middle of a busy restaurant can feel quite overwhelming and intimidating, especially when you’re eating alone.     However, by sitting at the bar, you’ll have a great view of the ambience and vibe of the restaurant, without being in the middle of all the hubbub. It’ll also mean that you won’t have to feel too awkward when ordering your food as you’ll be close to the staff and waiters who can easily and comfortably take your order.   Take advantage of group tours As an introvert, you’re much more likely to want to spend the majority of your time alone when travelling.   However, a great way to enjoy your solo travel trip even more is to join group tours.
